Welcome to a relaxed and friendly home away from home.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, a lamp and wardrobes. The bedroom has a door onto a decking with pot-plants. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area. Smoking is permitted in the front garden but not inside the house. We have central heating and offer fans for cooling. You would share the bathroom with other students and would be free to make meals/snacks if you would like in a kitchenette provided for students. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered as well as wireless internet. Bills are included in the price.

The closest tram and bus stops are a one minute walk away. The 96 tram takes you to the city in 17 minutes. There is a bus that takes you directly to Northland Shopping Centre or La Trobe University. The local supermarket is across the road and the closest large supermarket (Coles) is 800 meters away.
There are two other students who live in the home as well as our family. The dining and kitchen area is largely just for students other than at dinner time. We are a very friendly and easy-going family. We have hosted international students for 30 years. We offer a very safe, relaxed and comfortable home that is close to public transport, cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, libraries and the city.
