Hello! We have a lovely large room available in a brand new house. The room comes with plenty of storage, private bathroom ensuite, queen size bed and desk. Bed linen and wifi are also included.

The room has central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan which can all be controlled by an app on your phone! Access to modern kitchen, laundry, rumpus room and garden.

We live in a safe suburb, close to shops and parks. Plenty of links to transport - trams, buses and trains.
Trams 2 mins walk away. Train 10 min walk away.

Easy commute to Melbourne city (35 mins train), Monash university Caulfield (10 mins tram), Uni of Melb (45 mins), Swinburne Uni Hawthorn (15 mins), St Kilda beach (15 mins) and much more. Large park close by.

You will be sharing the house with working parents, 16 year old boy, 14 year old girl. Plus two active friendly dogs.

We have lived in London and Singapore and enjoy being around international cultures.
