We are a family of four, a mix of Asian and Australian backgrounds. We have two children and lead a busy lifestyle, balancing work and trying to make time for entertainment as much as possible. I am self-employed, and my partner works full-time. We are a respectful and reliable family.

We are looking for a full-time worker, full-time student, or someone with a mixed schedule who is respectful, reliable, and honest, to share a beautiful upstairs room in our home.

The room upstairs is entirely for you, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom and your own kitchenette (without a hot plate). You’re welcome to use the kitchen downstairs to cook your favorite dishes a few times per week. Since we mainly occupy the downstairs area, you’ll definitely have your own space upstairs.

If you require some catering, I am more than happy to assist you with. Breakfast is $5, lunch is $6, and dinner is $8

The house is highly accessible to public transport, with bus stops for routes 200 and 207 just a 3-minute walk away on Bulleen Road, and bus stops for routes 200 and 907 within a 5-minute walk. These buses provide direct services to the CBD, with an approximate travel time of 30 minutes. Additionally, tram stop 48 is 15 minutes away on foot, offering a direct tram route to the CBD.
