Good sized room in large ground floor flat. Close to tram, trains and buses. Monash caulfield is 15 minute walk or 1 train station away. Supermarket 2 minute walk, also close to other specialty shops and restaurants. Relativly close to vibrant St kilda and beaches. I also have a cat and a small dog, both very friendly and clean. Full use of the well equipped kitchen, the bathroom is shared.
