With many years experience hosting students, all are happy staying here.

Located in a very convenient suburb of Melbourne, only 8 km to the city. We have 6 large bedrooms available for your stays.
Each of the 6 bedrooms are Fully furnished with TV in bedrooms, just like your own living room, knowing students always stay in their own rooms we choose single bed so there’s more rooms for other things, very comfortable.
There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets share between the 6 bedrooms very convenient.
Central Air conditioner and heating keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
Washing machine. Refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee machine, ultra fast 1000mbps Internet and laser printer are all included.
I have been hosting students seen 2008, mostly international students and all are happy staying here, it’s a fun and a friendly environment where everyone share and obtain people skills creating a sense of community
Some students asked for a trial period for suitability, that shouldn’t be an issue. We like students to be happy staying here.

2 minuets walk to at least 10 take away restaurant ,
2 minutes walk to central west shopping center.
2 minutes walk to bus 216, 219, 220 to the city direct, and 10 minutes walk to tottenham train station > 15 minuets to the city, RMIT, Melbourne University etc.
We are 8 km from the city.
We are family of 4 with 2 boys 11 and 13, outgoing, friendly, Speak English, Chinese and Vietnamese.
We have a small friendly puppy.
We only welcome decent, tidy, and friendly individual. Prefered under 35, as most of the students here are in their early to mid 20.
We pack lunch for everyone every day, and dinner if you come home late so you don’t have to eat out all the time, this will save you money and eat healthy.

We live in a separate house at the back as show in photo so you will fill more free and comfortable, knowing no one is watching you all the time.

Price includes all bills, toiletries etc. all you need is your own clothing and start living in this beautiful city (Melbourne)

delicious Chinese, Vietnamese and Australian cook dinner, we wash dishes for you after dinners so you have more time for your study.
1, Fully furnished private room = $250 p/w for one person all inclusive or $300 includes all healthy family cooks meals.
