We are family of four with two school- aged children , 12 and from mainland China, We would like to invite a pleasant, polite , international student / traveller to live with our lovely family. We have no pets and have a fully furnished brand new guest bed room with full ensuite , double bed, table within a 5 bed room new home, WiFi available , rent includes electricity, gas, water. We are located very close to train station , bus stop and shops, all within 5 mins walking distance. 20 mins walk to Mckinnon secondary college. bus route 703 direct to Brighton secondary college, Monash University, Melbourne top one Haileybury college. Train to Melbourne CBD only takes 30 mins.
