- ABOUT ME
Hi ! I'm a 41 year old woman, looking to share my large house with a friendly, responsible *FEMALE ONLY* student, for a minimum of 1 month, who is looking for a quiet & large home, and somebody to speak English with! I've been hosting International students for 7 years & I love it!

I'm accepting of all religions & cultures. My family are of Egyptian descent & I have travelled all over the world. My social life is modern (I'll have friends over for dinner very occasionally) & I hope my housemates enjoy this too!

- MY JOB AND MY HOBBIES:
I am a copywriter who works mostly from home. I love gardening, playing guitar, cooking & reading!

- MY HOUSE:
I live in a 2 story townhouse on the border of PRESTON SOUTH & THORNBURY, which is spacious with a beautiful backyard outside. It features a dishwasher, air conditioning & heating in all rooms. Two bathrooms, a washing machine, and heaps of storage space.

You will either have:
A SINGLE BED, DESK & CHAIR, HUGE CUPBOARD SPACE, A LOCK ON YOUR DOOR.

Your own very large, fully furnished, modern MASTER bedroom with very comfortable queen sized bed, comfortable desk & chair, huge walk-in wardrobe.
Both rooms come with unlimited WiFi, air conditioning & heating, and are both upstairs and COMPLETELY PRIVATE!

- FOOD:
You'll have access to the kitchen anytime, if you want to cook your own food. You will have plenty of cupboard space & room in the fridge for your own food .
Dinners can be provided, and I'll cater for any cultural preferences (Halal etc). Breakfast provided & will be self-serve.

- WHAT YOUR RENT COVERS:
I have two rooms available. Single room is approx $230 pw (negotiable) / Queen room is $260pw. Your rent will cover meals, all bills including electricity & water, laundry service, unlimited internet & Netflix.

- PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
House is an easy 3 minute walk to the bus, 10 minute walk to the tram & 15 minute walk to the train.

86 TRAM is approx 25 mins to La Trobe Uni OR 35mins to RMIT Bundoora.

Public transport approx 45-50 minutes from Melbourne University OR Brunswick RMIT

Bus right outside the house, which goes directly to the City (Queen Street).

Bus right outside, which is an 8 minute ride to Northland Shopping Centre, one of the biggest shopping centres in Melbourne.

I live very close to a supermarket & other shops for your convenience, as well right next to cafes, restaurants & theatres.

- SPECIAL CONDITIONS!
I have a beautiful INDOOR ONLY cat Noodle, who is very active & friendly, so I would only like to live with a student who likes cats very much & can handle feeding & playing with him occasionally.

Housemates MUST ensure that they don't let him outside of the house under any circumstances etc, as he has NEVER been outside & I don't want him to get lost or anything bad happen to him! Thank you!
