I live with my mum and brother and we would like to share our new modern double story home to those seeking a modern, clean and tidy family home.

All bedrooms have an ensuite directly within the room and are fully furnished with new furniture. There is a study room, a theater room, outdoor sitting area and an upstairs as well as downstairs living area with big screen TVs for your entertainment. You are welcome to use the kitchen and other facilities as you please.

Hillside is a quiet residential area that is close to various amenities; Public transport is easily accessible as there is a bus stop directly in front of our house, and Watergardens train station is a 5 minute drive. There are various restaurants and cafes within minutes of the home as well as Watergardens Shopping Centre which is filled with retail stores, supermarkets, an area with several dining options, as well as an entertainment section with a mainstream cinema and several gaming arcade options. For those who like to be active, there are multiple local gyms available.

Melbourne Polytechnic University is a 25 min drive, Victoria University Footscray Campus is only 15m drive and the Melbourne CBD - also known as the city, is only 23kms away and easy to get to by transport or car.

We are very easy going and happy to assist with driving, if we are available at needed times. The only thing we ask is to keep the home tidy :)
