Homestay in Hughesdale

A single furnished, clean, and brightly lit room is available in a townhouse.
The room has built in wardrobes and a very comfortable mattress/bed. A private bathroom/ toilet is attached for your use only. ????
I reside in one room with my own bathroom/en-suite. The downstairs is an open plan kitchen and living area. I use the study downstairs, so you have the upstairs section to use, including the lovely library space if you wish.
The area is closest to Chadstone Bus Terminals and Hughesdale train station. It is located in between both Monash Universities; Caulfield and Monash campus (2 train stops away each way).

I am a full-time teacher who is quite busy, friendly and considerate of personal space.
I have travelled a lot so I understand how it feels to be in a new country without family and friends.
Bills (gas/water) are included in the weekly cost including a speedy WiFi. (NBN unlimited).
Note: Electricity ( pay 1/3 of the cost -quarterly times a year)
I have a charming chinchilla cat who does sit in the living room here and there but sleeps outdoors at night.
