We are a warm and friendly middle-aged Chinese couple living with our lovely daughter in a quiet, cozy home with a beautiful city view. We’re excited to open our home to a kind-hearted female student who enjoys a peaceful and supportive environment.

Your private space will be a bright, comfortable room with a queen-sized bed, located on the ground floor with your own separate bathroom for added privacy.

Our home is perfectly located, with cafés, shopping centers, IKEA, and several parks all within 1 km. Public transport (No200 and 207 )is just 130 meters from our doorstep, offering a direct bus to the city (only 5 km away). Close to M3 highway. Travel times by bus are approximately:
- 21 minutes to the University of Melbourne
- 24 minutes to RMIT University
- 30 minutes to Trinity College
- 45 minutes to Monash University parkville Campus

We are also close to several prestigious private schools including Trinity Grammar, Ruyton, Carey, and MLC.

We have a gentle cat who lives with us, so we hope you are comfortable sharing space with a furry friend.

What’s included:

- Weekly laundry service once a week for free. ( if additional loads $50 needed once time)
