An amazing fully furnished unit with three generous bedrooms available for student or students or workers. Please note, this is not strictly a home stay as I will not be living at the premises. There are three bedrooms to select from at $450 per room or the whole house $950 per week. It is fully furnished and would suit a couples or three house mates. The following bills: (internet, water and electricity) are included. PRICE INCLUDES ALL BILLS, INCLUDING INTERNET!

Please be sure to look at Essendon station and see how far it is from your university - the unit is close to transportation there is a bus stop at the corner and tram stops within walking distant.

There are lots of parks and walking tracks and one of the walking paths goes directly into the city if you like to cycle (bike not provided but Facebook marketplace is full of them). Otherwise, the train is twenty minutes from the city, which makes it perfect for RMIT city students; Melbourne university students (add another 5 to 10 minute tram ride); and any CITY campus of other uni's and language schools.

You would have your own bedroom (three bedrooms to select from) that is already completely furnished and comes with a queen bed, built in wardrobe, shelving, a mirror and drawers. There is a large, spacious lounge room area with a tv, Netflix's. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, has a separate laundry - it is also quite big and the washing machine is provided. There is also a cosy courtyard if you would like to sit outside.

I don’t live in the unit but can always make myself available and will meet you when you arrive.
