Hi,
I am children service educator.
I am running my business ( family daycare ) in the house and currently working three days a week. So, this house suits for someone who works during the weekdays.
We have two vacant rooms with private bathroom and toilet available for any female. The house is at walking distance to Bus stations land less than 5 minutes drive to Westfield Knox shopping centre and 10 minutes to drive to Bayswater train station, Boronia train station and Ferntree Gully train station. House is pretty large with leafy backyard so you can enjoy all outdoor activities within your own space.
