We have 10 years experience as hosts~and we aim to help you have the best home away from home during your friendly stay for a female who is perhaps a little creative - available for short term or long term. We are independent and enjoy helping you to show you around til you find your feet, and then let you do your thing, and then we enjoy our catchups at at dinnertimes to talk about your day studying/films/music/art/anything.

We hope that you ask questions when you need, so we can help you fit in to enjoy all Melbourne offers! We have tips on adventures and where to go/dine etc We are quite easy to get along with and a bit caring yet fun and independent too! We are close to trams to CBD (11 Gilbert Rd West Preston Shops) and bus and offer a lovely, bright room in Melbourne's north Coburg North is an area near West Preston Shops and Tram 11 to CBD, Preston/Coburg markets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants for foodies! For local shopping, jump on a bus/uber up Murray Street to Northlands. Public transport is everywhere around us.

The house boasts fast unlimited wifi (NBN 100/20mbps), a large outdoor deck, yard and garden for BBQ entertaining and a big kitchen, two bathrooms/shower areas, your room has ceiling fan, ceiling to floor curtains, and outdoor electric shutter and in door blinds, a new wardrobe and extra large desk from Ikea! We are proximity to Melbourne's northern Universities precinct but easily accessible via public transport/possible rides from us to nearby the CBD too.

We have a small 9 month old Cavalier toy dog called Maxine so hope you like animals and the odd puppy pat and hope to hear from you soon.:) Cheers Bek and Sarah
