Hi,

I’ve been hosting students for two years, mainly from Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. This is a girls-only homestay, and I only host female students. I’ve become friends with all of my students, and we still keep in touch even after they’ve moved on. The atmosphere here is very chill and relaxed, with minimal house rules.

I want you to feel at home during your stay. Having been a student myself and living with a homestay family for four years when I first arrived, I understand what it’s like to settle into a new country. I currently work full-time as a consultant in financial services and am also pursuing my master's in management. My father, who recently retired and moved from China, is a talented cook—he used to run a restaurant! He enjoys spending time in the kitchen, making delicious Cantonese dishes every day. We often shop at fresh markets like Footscray Market or Victoria Market because we value good quality food. We hope you can relax and enjoy home-cooked meals after a long day, we love dessert as well:)

We are an easy-going family and love learning about different cultures and backgrounds.

I also have two well-behaved and adorable British Shorthair cats, and the house is smoke-free.

I can arrange airport pickup, and while I prefer students under 18 (caregiving can be provided) or those looking for long-term stays, I’m currently accepting short-term stays through the school.
