One bedroom is on offer to the ideal student/worker. Ideally looking for Homestay students as I've previously hosted for Monash University in another property at SPRINGVALE VIC.

$350 a week - includes bills paid ie. Internet, Power, Gas, Water.
Comes furnished with Queen Bed, built-in wardrobe can arrange Student Desk, Lamp, etc

* I have two young kids (age 5 and 3) they are well behaved but they only stay overnight 50% of the week. In the morning I take them to daycare/school and begin my work day.
* Home is always kept clean and tidy, I vacuum daily. Living areas are all floorboards so free from dust. Place has central heating and evap cooling
* I generally cook for the kids when they stay and more than happy to share meals etc
