The room is fully furnished king single bed we have ducted heating thur the house it is just my self and my 2 daughters they are away thursday and fridays nights and we are usally out of the house by 7 am till night time. not too far from ( 10 min walk) ruthven train station or reservoir(20 min walk ) has a coles near by too, great for either La trobe uni or city. and it will only be $250 if you only want dinners.
