Hello and welcome to Australia :)

We are a very friendly family of 3, myself - Dominique and my two children who are 14 and 11. I am Australian born Chinese, we love to eat all types of food from Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian, Korean Vietnamese, Mexican and so on, we have no allergies and can eat anything.

The kids are glued to their PC's, but also love a chat or game on the XBox or Playstation or board game if you are open to it.
We are also very busy with extra curricular activities and so on.
We have two medium sized dogs and 2 cats. They are all very friendly and loving.
Due to the nature of the world, we would only be open to Female workers. Sorry.
We are a quick walk to tram and bus, short walk to Balwyn High, easy tram to Swinburne, MLC, Ruyton, Xavier, Box hill, Camberwell, Doncaster and the CBD.

Your room is upstairs, it is one of two, there is a powder room upstairs as well. It is a private sanctuary with a lovely view.
Our rooms are downstairs.

Bills, including internet are included in the rent.
