We have a lovely single story family home in Murrumbeena with a big backyard where we live with our 2 girls (12yrs and 7yrs) and our 3 year old Toy Poodle Dog.
We have a room available with a single bed, student desk and desk lamp, wardrobe facilities, heating and fan. The room has large windows with garden views. We have unlimited Telstra NBN internet in our home.
The main bathroom is shared.
We are close to North Rd bus (2 mins) with direct bus to Monash Clayton and Elwood Beach via Ormond Station (2 stops from Caulfield). We have a bus at the end of our street to Murrumbeena Station, Chadstone Shopping Centre and Southland Shopping Centre. Train from the station takes 20 minutes to the city, and 5 minutes to Caulfield. Walk to the station takes approx 15 minutes.
We have supermarkets, chemist and cafes all within a 5 minute walk and lots of parks nearby and an athletics track and oval at the end of the street.
We love hosting students and look forward to them being a part of our family.
