Hi my wife, step-daughter and I live in a very large Eight year old two story home home, close to the RMIT Bundoora Campus, shops and the number 86 Tram to the City, which also passes by La Trobe University.
Our home has four large bedrooms available, one room dimension approximately four by five meters, has an En-suite and walk in robe which is $335/week , another dimension just over three x four meters has a walk in robe with built in robes to the remaining 2 rooms also dimension just over three x four meters. All rooms have TV points, air conditioning, hydronic heating and furnished with Queen sized beds drawers and dressing tables. WiFi Internet is provided.
There is also access to a full colour printer/Copier upon request.
There is a heated swimming pool which adjoins a large al fresco and BBQ area, an indoor sauna, a spa, an exercise area, 4 living areas and two kitchens.
We would like you to treat the home with care and keep your room tidy, all bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a fully equipped Laundry available.
Languages spoken are English, Chinese and Italian. Meals supplied will be Chinese and Australian.
The pet is a 3 year old Cat who lives both in and out doors and sleeps a lot.
