Hello and Welcome!

On offer is a lovely home comprising of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and dining kitchen overlooking a pretty enclosed garden veranda and spacious backyard. The home is maintained to a very high standard. We are situated close to all services including shops, transport, gymnasiums, swimming pool and cafes.

Room available is light and airy and accommodates a double bed, built in wardrobe and a decent size desk/chair.

Tram access is a leisurely 8 minute stroll, train station 20 minutes and Swinburne University an easy 15 minutes. To access Melbourne City - Tram 109 24 minutes, same for Bus 107 and Taxi approximately 10 minutes.

You will find me to be a professional mature aged woman working full time with socialising kept to the weekends out with friends for lunch, movies, visiting markets etc.
