The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, drawers and shelving. The room is lovely and private, and sunny and bright with a small built in robe and a large window. The bathroom is shared with the family, and has a bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The house is a 3 bedroom unit at the back of the block, on a quiet street in Reservoir. There are shared living areas including a large dining room, a separate lounge room and a small backyard garden. Other features include dishwasher, air conditioning and ducted heating. The house is really open and has heaps of light flowing into it, it's lovely! There is street parking.

About us:

My son (15) and I live together with our hypoallergenic indoor dog and Hypoallergenic cat, being hypoallergenic means that they don't shed hair! We are friendly, easy-going and live a low impact life; being conscious of taking care of our planet and local environment. My son is quiet, and often keeps to himself. He attends high school, and enjoys playing soccer.

I have worked as a Social Worker in the past, and now have a chronic illness where I am unable to work, so I am home a lot of the time. I enjoy gardening, cooking and repairing furniture.

We love living in Reservoir. We are close to Edwards Lake Park, where there is a sports precinct, a gorgeous lake to walk around ( around the lake), and lots of picnic spots. We are also close to the Reservoir shopping centre. There is a bus stop at the end of our street, and the walk to the Reservoir Train Station is less than 15 minutes. It's a 3 min walk to the 561 bus which goes to Latrobe University. Reservoir train station is a 3 minute bus ride.
