We have TWO furnished rooms available for INTERNATIONAL FEMALE ONLY homestay students, close to the CBD.

$280 per week, all expenses included.

Professional family with two young kids in a four-bedroom modern townhouse. Offering two bedrooms upstairs for exclusive Homestay International Female student/s use only.

The family sleep downstairs where the students sleep upstairs. The entire upstairs floor is available for student use, consisting of bedrooms, central bathroom, separate toilet and lounge/tv room - in our home you will have privacy.
(NOTE: Only ONE female student per room)

Each upstairs bedroom has a queen/double bed, carpeted, desk (to be provided) and an inbuilt wardrobe. All rooms are cabled for internet. The entire house has ducted heating and air conditioning.

The home is 100 meters walk from - Milk bar, Fish and chips, Laundry mat, Hairdressers, Cafe, Indian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Burger restaurant and Medical center.

Multiple bus stops within 50 - 300m vicinity (route 432 Newport to Yarraville train station via Altona Gate Shopping Centre).

Approximately 10 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD via the West Gate Freeway. Walking distance to Spotswood train station and then a short journey to Melbourne CBD.
Neighbouring suburbs include Newport, Yarraville, Altona North and Spotswood.

Students are welcome to join the family for evening meals. We will endeavor to make this a home away from home.
