A lovely furnished room in my home including a double bed, desk with drawers and bookshelf and wardrobe. There is one shared bathroom and a second toilet with wash basin separate to the bathroom. The house is close to Deakin University, Holmesglen Institute and Chadstone Shopping Centre. Ashburton train station is a 15 minute walk. Rent amount includes utility bills and internet.

The house is in a quiet street so you won't hear any traffic noise.

I also have a very friendly small dog.

The cost is a bit less if you don’t require any meals.
