THE HOUSE: This is a large family home with six bedrooms, kitchen dining area, and a lounge room. The house has floorboards throughout with the exception of kitchen and bathrooms which have tiled floors. There is a guest bathroom which is shared if we have more than one room occupied or private if we have only one guest. There is also a piano in the lounge available for guest use. We have a small sunny garden where we like to grow herbs and some vegetables for cooking.

THE FAMILY: We are a family with high school and University aged children We have a small inside dog and a turtle.
We enjoy sports - particularly Field Hockey, Dancing, Netball and Swimming. We also love to read, enjoy music, visiting the art galleries and museums and playing board games. We have been home stay hosts since 2013.

THE LOCATION: We love living here as it is close to everything you could want, with lots of public transport, swimming pool/gym, shopping and markets, river and parkland one block away. Walking distance to Victoria University Footscray Campuses. It only takes approximately 15 minutes to be in central Melbourne, providing easy access to Melbourne University, RMIT and other City campuses.

INCLUDED: Room including utilities, linen including towels, Internet, Breakfast and Lunch (help your self ), prepared Dinner, access to washing machine.

We have three bedrooms available:
Green Room: Has a single bed, built in robes, chest of drawers and a study desk. Also includes a private door to the garden.
