We are a family of 2 IT professionals with no kids at home. We are hosting international students for several years now for Monash college (city, Caulfield and Clayton campuses) and Kaplan International in Docklands. We had students from Saudi Arabia, Europe, Brazil, Columbia, New Caledonia, China, Thailand, Japan and Indonesia. You would have your own furnished room and share a bathroom with another guest. I cook dinner every night, but we go out twice a week, so 5 dinners are included, and its negotiable in case you don't want any. Breakfast is self serve and we can discuss your preferred options. 767 bus stop is around the corner ( 1 min walking) and it takes just under an hour to get to the city by bus&train. Also bus 701 is few minutes walking and bus 703 on Centre Rd within a short walk. Nearest stations are Hughesdale station (bus 767) and Bentleigh station (buses 701, 703). 2 single rooms available, king single bed in each one. 1 of the rooms can be converted into a double by adding a single bed. Our house is very clean and we expect our guests to maintain it. We are currently fostering a dog, an airedale. $300 includes daily breakfast and 5 dinners a week, with WIFI and utilities included. we can negotiate meal options.
