I’m a high school teacher in Japan taking one year leave from work to study Masters degree of education at Monash university from July 2025- June 2026. My son is coming with me. He will be 8 years old then and go to a local primary school. We need just one bed room but it has to be big enough to put two beds. Preferably en-suite room, or sharing bathroom with just another person will be great.

No need for meals but allow me to cook in the kitchen. I will drive so car parking space is needed as well.

Bit about myself:
I took one-month English program in Deakin university in 2009 and lived in Box Hill for a year in 2012-2013 working as a Japanese teacher assistant in local primary schools. I have been working in high school in Japan since 2015, taking one year leave in 2025. My husband is not coming with us but will support our son financially.
We’ve also been hosting international students at home in Japan since my son was just a baby so we quite know how to share the house with people from different backgrounds.
